ClubIT Great Prices/Products, Bit sucks for rebates, 07/03/08
I have purchased from Clubit on 3 different occasions. They do offer very competitive prices and I have recommended them to lot of friends. However, when it comes to rebates Clubit has done a lousy job. My very first purchase was a Thermaltake Shark case that had a $25 rebate. I submitted the paperwork with the upc code; and they claim they never received it. Now this last purchased was a WD HD at an excellent price after a $30 rebate. The rebate forms were received this time on 1/25/2008. The rebate was 8 to 10 weeks. Now it is 6/23/2008 (20+ weeks) and still no rebate check. It shows to be complete and check issued but than I get an email saying do cash the check because they have switched banks and the check that I still have received is not good. So now this un-received rebate check will be replace with a check that may or may not get to me. At this point I do not think I will purchase anything else and will not recommend Clubit as I have done in the past. ~ Reggie, Cibolo, TX ~
ClubIT Offered a Bargain!!!, 06/23/08
I needed a case for a new build and the Cooler Master Centurion 5 fit my needs and looked like a nice case for the money. The case is around $50 at most places, $49 at ClubIT, but the shipping cost is why I bought from ClubIT. Compare the Egg's shipping of almost $20 to ClubIT's $7 FedEx shipping. It's a no-brainer! ClubIT all the way!
The case arrived in excellent condition and all parts were included. Even the box was without damage which is a rare sight for packages coming from California to New York! It arrived in 7 days(because of weekend) where it would have been here sooner.

Amazing service, 05/06/08
Clubit.com is great! I recently bought a q6700 and it broke. So i called and was like i want to exchange it. AT clubit, they have a 30 day exchange period on EVERYTHING,(except like downloadable software) that you can exchange for a different product and you pay the difference. They also said they wouldn't charge me a restocking fee. So I was like well iId like a q9450, even though I knew they didn't have it in stock. So the rep I talked to was like let me call you back once I talk to the sales and warehouse department. I get a call about an hour later and they said, sorry we don't have it in stock, but I talked to my supervisor and they said that its really high in demand and scarce, but that they were gonna extend my exchange period by a month and that hopefully that by the end of the period if they are able to get a q9450 in stock. He said if they can't get it by then they'll give me a full refund. Great customer service at Clubit.com!

i've ordered from clubit serveral times and im sastified with the "customer service". RMA is excellent i have my money back within 1-2 days
Slow Payment of Rebates, 05/05/08
I purchased a A-Data Micro SD 2GB Card with a rebate on 1/08/08 and I am still waiting for my rebate. The Center advises the check is in the mail. I hope ClubIt doesn't turn into another Buy.Com. I will not make another purchase involving a Rebate because of this poor service.

ClubIT took my Tiger Direct purchases, 04/25/08
Had planned to build a new HD editing capable PC and figured most of it would come from Tiger Direct as they are known for reliability and competence. To my surprise, ClubIT revceved 90% of my business vs 10% to Tiger due to the contrast in price. In comparison, ClubIT offers quality and affordability while Tiger just offers quality. Was a bit nervous as I had never used this online company before, but am well pleased with the overall experience. Will be a site I purchase PC products from regularly, AKA, will be my Tiger Direct from now on. Thanks for quality at a low price ClubIT. ~ Matthew, Milwaukee, WI ~
Great Customer service, 04/17/08
I ordered a videocard that went bad a few months after ordering it. After not having much luck with dealing with the manufacturer I contacted ClubIT and very quickly Chu with customer service gave me a call. He was polite ,patient and offered to deal with the manufacturer on my behalf. The RMA details were then promptly sent to me. I've been a customer of another online parts store for awhile but I'll be sticking with ClubIT for all my next purchases. ~ Robert, Scottsdale, AZ ~
Issue resolved, 04/15/08
I had a major issue with motherboard (not clubit.com's fault) and they worked towards a quick resolution even though it was technically outside of the normal procedures. I'm glad that your customer service agents are skilled in knowing how to satisfy a customer. I bought the WiLife DVS 800I, & couldn't be happier with the item or ClubIT's service. ClubIT had the best price for the system of any online vendor I could find after a week of research.
The item was shipped in 48 business hrs via FedEx & arrived in 6 business days.
Setting up the surveillance system took <20 minutes. This system is perfect for first time surveillance users on a budget.
My only issue is the moderate image quality. The highest resolution is 480 x 600 VGA, so I am unable to read my truck's license plate out the window of my 2nd floor apartment. However, I have purchased the 120 degree wide angle lens to improve it. For the money spent, this system is an unbelieveable deal.
Though this is my 1st purchase w/ ClubIT I have to say this vendor has the best service & quality of any online vendor I've dealt with. I would highly recommend ClubIT for anyone looking for a deal on quality equipment from a reliable seller.

Good store, great prices., 04/15/08
I am a person who shops around to a variety of internet PC stores to look for deals. I started to realize that ClubIT often has really low prices on some very popular items. I have ordered from ClubIT and the items arrive in a timely manner. It is well packed and so far things have been great. Despite low prices, the items I ordered were the newest versions sometimes not available at other stores. Cannot say about service since all the products work and so I have not had to request customer service. Their rebate came back in a timely manner which is always good. I will continue to look for deals at ClubIT and feel confident that I will get timely delivery and great products.
