ClubIT provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you browse or shop at ClubIT.com, you accept these terms and conditions.
Electronic Communications
When you visit www.clubit.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The copyright for all materials appearing on ClubIT website are protected by international copyright laws. The copyright on such materials is held by ClubIT or by the original creator of the materials. None of the materials may be copied, modified, reproduced, posted, published, transmitted, and/or distributed in any form or by any means without ClubIT's prior written permission. All the rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials present on ClubIT's website may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Clubit.com does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use www.clubit.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. www.clubit.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, And Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Clubit.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Clubit.com and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Clubit.com and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Clubit.com or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Clubit.com has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Clubit.com takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Product and Price Descriptions
www.clubit.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, www.clubit.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by www.clubit.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. www.clubit.com will not be held responsible for typographical or photographical errors. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. It is www.clubit.com sole discretion to cancel or not honor any orders that may contain these errors.
Rebate Information
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. Manufacturer mail-in rebates are subject to the terms and conditions as specified by the individual manufacturer. Mail-in rebates will not be deducted from the selling price of that particular product directly at the point of purchase and the customer will receive a coupon to claim the mail-in rebate from the manufacturer. Sales Tax for the product is based on the original selling price of the product before mail-in rebate.
Warranty
All products carried and sold by ClubIT are subjected to manufacturer warranty. No refunds are allowed for clearance items. All products are to be serviced directly by manufacturer after the first 30 days of the original receipt.
Exclusions
Under no circumstances is ClubIT responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may occur during use of the item purchased from ClubIT or as a result of the product's failure to perform. In all cases, the customer's sole remedy for a product failure is limited to a replacement product or, at ClubIT's discretion, a refund not to exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Except and to the extent expressly set forth above, there are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and ClubIT expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
ClubIT reserves the right to modify or alter its warranty and return policy at any time, without notice to the customer.
